Selling Tickets online for an in-person, online, or hybrid Event may seem complicated, but RallyUp provides many tools and customization options to help you run a smooth and successful Event. The links below will take you to other Knowledge Base articles with further information.

Event Types

There are several types of Events you can run on RallyUp: 

  • In-Person Event: Your Event is held at a physical location and donors purchase Tickets to attend in person. Any additional fundraising Activities (e.g., Auction or Raffle) take place in person. 
  • Virtual Event: Your Event is hosted online as a Livestream and donors purchase Tickets to access the Livestream. Any additional fundraising Activities (e.g., Auction or Raffle) take place online.
  • Hybrid Event: Your Event is held at a physical location and donors purchase Tickets to attend in person. Any/all additional fundraising Activities (e.g., Auction or Raffle) take place online, in person, or both (e.g., live Auction where donors attending the Event in person or online via Livestream can bid).

Customizable Tickets and Tables

RallyUp allows you to sell individual Tickets, or sell Tickets in groups as Tables. Tickets and Tables are fully customizable, including terminology, images, time and quantity limits, and custom fields to collect information from each attendee:

Pre-Registration

Pre-registration allows donors to create a RallyUp account and save a payment method before you start selling Event Tickets. When Ticket sales start, they can check out quickly and easily:

Event Balances

Event Balances allow donors to make purchases, bids, and donations throughout an Event and then pay for everything when the Event ends. Each donor receives a unique ID number for easy tracking and lookup:

Promoting Your Event

Spreading the word about your Event to as many people as possible is the best way to ensure its success. You can share the link or QR code to your fundraiser on social media or send an email to your donors, family, and friends to get the word out:
