How-to: See If Your Funds Have Been Sent Yet (Donor Advised Funds)

Check the status of your funds after your Experience using a DAF has ended.

RallyUp has partnered with Pledge and GivingStream to collect and distribute funds on behalf of those who can't set up a Stripe or PayPal account. Both Pledge and GivingStream have a waiting period before funds are distributed to allow refunds and credit card disputes, if any, to be processed.

If you decide to use a Donor Advised Fund (DAF), you won't be able to choose between Pledge or GivingStream. Instead, our system will automatically determine which DAF you're eligible for based on your organization information. Learn more here: Understand: Donor Advised Funds (DAFs)

Pledge

If you've been approved to use Pledge, funds will automatically be delivered to the organization(s) within 15 days of the end of each calendar month. You won't need to notify Pledge manually.

To check your funds withdrawal status, contact Pledge's customer service team.

GivingStream

GivingStream will be automatically notified when your Experience ends. Funds will be sent to the beneficiary organization after a 90-day holding period.

If you're using GivingStream, you can track the status of the funds you raised from your Experience Management Menu:

  1. Select Experiences from the left menu.
  2. If you’ve chosen a list view, click on the Experience title. If you’ve chosen a grid view, click on the Experience image.
  3. Select Withdraw Experience Funds*:

Status Meanings

Your funds status will display in the Status column:

  • Pending: Your Experience has ended and GivingStream is holding the funds so any refunds or chargebacks can be processed.
  • Processing: Your funds are with GivingStream's accounting department for payment.
  • Paid: The funds have been sent to the beneficiary organization. A transaction number will be included:

You’ll also receive a confirmation email that your funds have been sent.
