Find out how long it takes to receive the funds you raise through RallyUp when using the direct or deferred funding options.

Direct Funds

If you’re using the direct funding option, funds are typically transferred to your bank account daily. You can change this interval by accessing your Stripe payment account at Stripe.com.

Managed Funds

If you are an individual or business raising funds to benefit a nonprofit, or your organization chooses to use managed funds, your funds will be collected and held for payment until after the experience has ended.

These funds will be sent to the beneficiary organization approximately 30 days from the date of your request. The 30-day period allows for any refunds or chargebacks to be processed.
