What Will My Exported Data Look Like?

Learn about additional information on donors and donations that can be exported to give you more details about your fundraiser.

RallyUp makes it easy for experience managers to export tables of information, including details on donations, participants, teams, and so forth, into an Excel reports. The exports are CSV files, which allow you to manage the data and run reports using your favorite spreadsheet viewers, such as Excel or Google Sheets. 

You’ll see that the first row of the exported data contains the name of the columns. Most exports contain additional columns with more information beyond what’s shown in RallyUp.

For example, the table shown on the “View Donations” page for your experience may only have the columns date, name, amount, status, and type. However, the table's export shows additional columns containing donors’ emails, fee information, custom field responses, and more.
