How-to: Send a Receipt for Offline Raffle or Sweepstakes Entries

Send donors a receipt for the Raffle or Sweepstakes entries they purchase offline.

In addition to online entries, Raffles and Sweepstakes allow you to sell physical entries in person and manually enter them into your drawing. 

How-to: Add Raffle or Sweepstakes Entries You’ve Sold Offline

If a donor who purchased offline entries requests a receipt, you can send it in an email that will also include their entry number(s).

Send an Email Receipt

  1. Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
  2. If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
  3. Select View Donations*.
  4. Search for the donor’s name and hover your mouse over the line with the donor’s entry purchase.
  5. Click on the three-dot icon on the right and select Resend Receipt:

  1.  Enter the donor's email address and select Resend:

Good to Know

  • You’ll only be able to send an email to donors who have purchased physical entries if you have their email address. For this reason, be sure to request donors’ email addresses when they complete their purchase.
