How-to: Redraw Raffle and Sweepstakes Winners

Redraw winners for your Raffle or Sweepstakes if the original winner is ineligible or can't be contacted.

When you run a Raffle or Sweepstakes, you may need to redraw a winner if the original winner: 

  • Is not qualified to win the prize based on eligibility requirements described in the Official Rules.
  • Entered incorrect contact information and cannot be reached.
  • Was contacted with no response after a specified amount of time.

Redraw Winners 

  1. Go to Campaigns in the left menu.
  2. If you have chosen a list view, click on the Campaign title. If you have selected a grid view, click on the Campaign image.
  3. Select Manage Raffle/Sweepstakes Winners*.
  4. Hover your mouse over the winner you want to redraw and click on the three-dot menu on the right:

  1. Select Redraw Winner.
  2. Enter a reason for the redraw when prompted. In case of an audit by a regulatory agency, it’s crucial to fill out this information:

  1. Select REDRAW. A new winner will be drawn immediately, and a window will pop up with the new winner’s contact information:

Manage Winners

You can easily access the list of redrawn winners and disqualified winners from the Manage Raffle/Sweepstakes Winners page. You can find the list of disqualified winners under the Disqualified tab: 

To view why a winner was disqualified, hover your mouse over the disqualified winner, click on the three-dot menu, and select View Redraw Reason:

 

*Terminology may differ according to Campaign settings.
