How-to: Edit the Welcome Email Sent to Participants and Teams When They Register

Customize the thank you message sent to Participants and Teams when they register for your fundraiser.

When you add Peer-to-Peer to your RallyUp campaign, Participants* and/or Teams* will be sent a welcome email when they register. If you enable Personal Fundraising Pages, this email will also include instructions on how to view, edit, and share their Fundraising Page.

Edit the Welcome Email

  1. Go to Experiences in the left menu.
  2. If you have chosen a list view, click on the Experience title. If you have chosen a grid view, click on the Experience image.
  3. Select Experience Setup*
  4. Select Peer-to-Peer in the timeline at the top.
  5. Scroll down to Customize the email sent to new Participants* and format the text as desired. You can even add pictures, links, and bulleted lists:

  1. Select SAVE.        

Good To Know

  • You can use the merge fields {FirstName} and {LastName} to automatically personalize each email.

 

*Terminology may differ depending on campaign settings.
