Troubleshooting steps

1. Make sure to leave out the leading “www” when typing the link of your experience into your browser’s address bar. The “www” isn’t needed due to the customizable link structure of RallyUp, and thus adding it can sometimes raise the above security error.
2. Are you using an advanced custom domain (CNAME) feature? If so, make sure you’ve completed all of the steps for advanced custom domain setup. Make sure step 5, which details how to contact us for SSL certificate installation, is completed. Promote a Custom Domain for Your Campaign Link.
