If you’ve signed up to make a recurring donation to a crowdfunding experience or donation page, there may come a time when you’d like to modify or cancel your donation.

There are several reasons why you’d need to update a donation. For instance, if your credit card is expiring and you’ve received a new one, entering the new card’s information will ensure there are no lapses in donations. You may want to increase or decrease the amount of the donation or change how often donations are made.

Change my donation

1. Go to My Account by clicking on the initials in the top right corner of the page.
2. Under the My Donations tab, click Recurring.
    
3. Hover your mouse over the donation you wish to edit.
4. Click the three-dot menu at the right.
5. Click Edit Donation* to change the amount, frequency, or credit card on the donation.

Cancel my donation

You may also wish to cancel a recurring donation altogether at some point. In this case, RallyUp has also made it easy for you to cancel any recurring donations through your account.

1. Go to My Account. 
2. Under the My Donations* tab, click Recurring.
3. Hover your mouse over the donation you wish to edit.
4. Click the three-dot menu at the right.
5. Click Cancel Donation* to cancel any future donations.

Good To Know

• Canceling a recurring donation will only stop future recurring donations from being made. It will not cancel or refund any previous payments that have already been made.
• If you do not already have a RallyUp account, you can create one using the same email address used when donating. Rest assured that your private information is safe with us; you’ll never receive any marketing emails from RallyUp, nor will we ever sell any private data provided by our donors.
