Use Crowdfunding reports to organize your records and identify effective fundraising methods.
When Crowdfunding on RallyUp, you can access and export several reports to help you stay organized. You can also use the data to analyze your fundraising methods, pinpoint which strategies were most successful, and create even more successful Crowdfunding fundraisers in the future.

Access Crowdfunding Reports
View Donations Report
This report allows you to access all donations made to your Experience and the donors who made them: How-to: Export Donation and Donor Reports.
Many organizations use this information to add donors to a mailing list to share updates or marketing emails with them. You can also use this information to reconcile your Experience once it’s completed.
Peer-to-Peer Reports
If you enable Peer-to-Peer on your Crowdfunding Experience, you can access multiple reports to help you track participant, team, and/or prize winner data: Understand: Peer-to-Peer Reports.
Many organizations use these reports to collect contact information, identify top earners, fulfill prize delivery, and more.
Crowdfunding Perks Report
If you enable Crowdfunding Perks, this report allows you to track Perks purchases. This report includes the following:
- Date
- Name
- Amount (how much was paid)
- Perk (Perk name)
- Quantity (how many of the specified Perk were purchased)
- Payment Status (Paid, Pending, or Voided)
If a donor purchases more than one Perk in a single transaction, each Perk type will have its own row in the report. If a donor purchases multiples of the same Perk in a single transaction, the multiples will be shown in the same row and the quantity will be noted.
Many organizations use this report to track how many of each Perk was sold and coordinate delivery if needed. If your Experience included Crowdfunding and other Activities, you can also use this report to determine and what percentage of the overall amount raised came from Crowdfunding.
